How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who reaches Whichdelivered Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page lays out the steps for raising a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Topics We Accept

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Whichdelivered Tree Service
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that looks unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Note that Whichdelivered Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

Steps to File

Email contact@whichdelivered.property with these details:

1. Your name and how to reach you 2. The date you contacted us or the provider 3. The number you called or the form you used, if you remember 4. The provider's name, if you know it 5. A clear account of what happened and what outcome you want

What Follows

First, we acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Next, we review what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our reply does not settle it, answer the email and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may also be able to help.
